Objective
This blog is for extreme feelings...outside of monthly updates. Either something really wonderful has happened, something excited me, or in all likelyhood, something really pissed me off. Nothing here will be censored, whitewashed, or sugar coated. This is how I feel.

And again, yes it's been awhile......

August is basically going to be a time bomb.  I think God is testing my nerves yet again.

Dad goes in for surgery on August 10th.  It's going to be the 8 hour surgery with 5 days in the hospital.  I lose him for 2 weeks here at the office, not to mention my mom will be up there for a couple of days.  Plus, the surgery is in Syracuse.  He's the largest man in the world to ever have this surgery done, so it's a big deal.  They are actually going to flip him over during surgery.  Driving to Syracuse to see him is going to suck, but you can bet your ass I'll be there.

Bob blew out his knee in a fireworks accident on July 4th.  He goes in for surgery that lasts 7 hours on August 3rd.  They're putting bone from a cadaver in to replace the pieces he lost.  The doctor has said he's never seen anything so bad.

Megan leaves for college on August 1st.  That girl has work ethic, I'm gonna miss her like hell.

We open the new store in Elmira on August 1st.  Bryon will basically have to run it solo while Dad's in the hospital, because I'll be running this here.

Basically I'm down a number of employees due to surgeries and leaves.  Any of my girlfriends looking for a temporary job, 2 weeks or so, LET ME KNOW!

For those of you who didn't hear, we went to court with the douschbag.  The judge pretty much laughed at him.  Favor was of the defendent, in other words, us.

I've been sick the past few weeks, but I think I finally am coming out of it.  Bryon was sick today.  He threw up 5 times....when my boy gets sick, he really gets sick.  I'm gonna go home and baby him as soon as I'm done with this.

Chad brought the girl he met on Eharmony home last weekend.  She's alright I guess.  She just doesn't really seem to mesh well with the family, but I guess that takes some time.

We do have some good news though....now remember, this is still totally up in the air, but a gentlemen from the United Kingdom e-mailed us today and would like to open up a "Grizzly Mountain" over there!  That's right, we might go International!  But remember, this is business, and sometimes the big deals really aren't that big at all....

I'm reading Food and Loathing right now.  I can't remember the author, I just picked it up at Barnes and Noble.  I like to do that every now and then, just randomly grab a book by an unknown author and read it.  I did that with Richard Paul Evans and really enjoyed his first book, but found the second a bit depressing.  This book is a lament and is really quite amusing.  She writes beginning in 6th grade, she's the fat girl, but not the really fat girl...kind of like me.  Fat, but not as fat as Lora Spencer.  It details her feelings on her weight and her self-conciousness.  Maybe it's so humorous because I can really relate!

I had to redo my 50 Book Challenge list....I think I forgot one or two...if you notice, let me know!

Hope everyone likes the new look.  I thought we needed something a bit lighter.

Wish me luck with the ticking time bomb that is the month of August....
